ISO 27001:2005 does not have long to go

Time is running out to change to ISO 27001:2013. If you have ISO/IEC 27001:2005 you should know that any certification to this standard will be obsolete from 1 October 2015 and all certification to the 2005 version of ISO/IEC 27001 will be invalid after this date. See http://www.bsigroup.com/en-GB/iso-27001-information-security/ISOIEC-27001-Revision/
It won’t help even if your certification expiry date is later. If you haven’t already changed and want to carry on you need to transition to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 before this date or your certificate will be cancelled. Given that May is fast approaching, if you haven’t got organised yet please do not leave it any longer as there is always a scramble at the last minute. Contact us if you need any help.
